. . Subject: How to attack my DAVID 239 law + traditions & policy system . . . . . I'm a bit hesitant to write this, the 'how to attack my own system' guide. However, if you are a salesman of bankers vaults, not only do you tell your costumers how expensive it is, also how much time it takes to drill through the side, and to what attacks it is most vulnerable. The buyers can use that information. If the conclusion is "it takes some 3 hours to break it down using drills and saws" this could feed into other security measures such as check on the vault every 2.5 hours. This would add security, rather then diminish it. Since I'm selling a law system, and the costumer is the people, it makes sense that this 'how to attack it best' primer should be public. Also I probably know most about my own system, much easier for me to think about this. The question is first: what do you want, do you want to become a parasite in a living host, or do you want to slaughter the nation and eat its carcass ? I'm not really bothered with some parasitic exploits, when these are found or done, it isn't catastrophic failure. The question is then: slaughter the nation, eat its carcass. How to. 1. Through the representative. I think the most ideal exploit, going right into the front door as it where: get the people to vote only for a certain kind of people. The people form voter blocks, can elect anyone: convince them it ould be advantageous for them to vote for a certain group. For example people who have done more education. Then you can narrow it down: a specific education for delegate. Then you narrow it down more: people who have done an education with your stamp of approval. Through this education system you feed your pupils poisenous ideas that are in your favor. Such as 'we know better,' and 'it's such a burden to look after them.' Eventually you may get majorities to pass laws that make it illegal not to vote for 'your kind' of people. Now the fun starts, because you more or less have control over the representative Government. One of the fastest ways to do this is to exploit 'idolatry' or 'cult' vulnerabilities within the people. If the public is into some religion or other, with some clergy, then they might vote blindly for those. If you can position yourselve to be in control of that sect that they vote for, you have basically been given the keys to the kingdom: you rule by decree. The experts of course know exactly which cult is best here: the cult of jos boersema ! Hide where people least expect it. But not really a cult of course nono, 'science.' But ... 'trust us.' The nice thing is the duplicity, maybe you really are trustworthy. Brilliant isn't it. Change the laws then. You want to remove the referendum law obviously, however you do that by convulating it. By adding layer upon layer all for the common welfare 'of course.' You also always pre-empt referendum losses from occuring by very accurately predicting the result and if you'd lose against the referendum, then you simply abort prematurely and give the people the victory. This way they never associate the referendum with any kind of victory. Eventually you may be able to erode the referendum law altogether. 2. through chaos Another thing you could attempt is to foment chaos and destruction indiscriminately. You cause life to be relatively difficult. At some point you start blaming the system. At first you blame it, then you rage against it, and then you start to propose changes in your favor, or even sidestepping the whole system. Maybe you can get the people along. If it is corruption you are after, you could propose to get back to the neo-roman factions democracy, knowing how easy it is to subvert. 3. Through money This is obviously a favorite, because it can be stealthy. You have to somehow get your hands on perfect counterfit currency, the obvious source of which is corrupt officials handling authentic money (either electronic money or cash). The question is how does money subvert the system. Unfortunately you run against the laws that turn corporations into democracies, and against distribution of natural resources. Hence what positions of perpetual power can you combine ? One thing you can do, is to make new startup corporations. You could attempt to make many small ones and secretly run them as one while bribing officials in police and court. Unfortunately that doesn't buy you real power and it is constantly under threat. You apparently have to attack the law system, you got to get rid of that democratization rule. Unfortunately you probably will not get a political majority for that. This leaves only the possibility to erect new universities and fake science, and maybe try method 1. using the money. 4. Through war Issue is where to get an attacking force. If no nation is willing, maybe use terrorism ? When the nation is under attack, you have to blame the law system. If you can turn public opinion against it, maybe you can re-install neo-roman law. Through terrorism is another variation. 5. Through manipulation This is one for the real craftsmen. Slowly tweak the system, all in good pretence that it is for the benefit. Add layer upon layer of protocol. People can vote in groups ? Sure, how much more neat is it if they where constantly updated with the changes in their group ? Wouldn't that be neat ? Let's make that mandatary then. Make a form for it. Every mutation in a voter group is that whole groups its business no ? It is only good democracy that all must convene to vote in or out when there is a mutation, right ? Only for the benefit of these people. And isn't it so that you have to know that other voter groups are also sound and in agreement with each other, wouldn't that increase harmony ? Let's make that a rule then. When the delegates meet, at every meeting there could be mutations, right ? Isn't it the right of all delegates to know all who are there ? What is they speak on an issue and later discover there had been a mutation ! To prevent such dasterdly deeds, the chairperson should read all the names of who gather before every gathering. After all, you just don't know when something might have changed because that's the rules. You can change a delegate every moment. Pesky rule that is, but therefore we should read aloud every name at every meeting. And record it into a book. And ask confirmation of being in attendence. When there is a mutation in a council, the voter block housekeeper should also come along with the new delegate, and all record of all voters must be checked before the proceedings begin. To make sure there has been no voter fraud ! Then all delegates must be furbished with their insignia. These must come from central preparation because they have to be absolutely perfect, only the best for the democracy ! The books of all meetings with what was said and decided must always be duplicated, one in a secure location and one at the meeting hall. A third copy has to be on public display, because that's what the ... etc etc Try to heap rule upon rule upon rule upon rule upon rule upon rule. At some point people will start to get annoid, and that's the point where you have to just slowly go on adding more rules. It starts to work. Make sure you "have to do this, or the system doesn't work," always blame the system. "This system can not work unless everything is perfect." Make up a PR campaign that excuses the system, while actually silently pointing to supposed mistakes in it. Then add scandal, and proceed with chaos strategy. Maybe at some point you can intall another system more to your liking. 6. Lying. It can on occaision work to just put out the most blatant of lies. 'There have been 20 nation trying this, they all ended up dead.' Can work, can backfire too. Use with extreme care, prepare well, and try to sowe into a vertile soil of a certain discontent. 7. Superstition. Release terrorism, diseases, blame the system, propose another that will magically cure the curse. 8. Dumbing down, teaching lies through manipulated trial & error. If you have the capability to make people dumb, grab it with both hands. Make them dumb, and try to make the system of Government malfunction. It may work to assasinate constantly key people in the system, basically anyone with intelligence. Then teach them mistakes and attempt the system to disrupt and starts to malfunction. If you hae access to wealth, start businesses dictatorially and make them great successes with stolen money. Exploit that for PR. Once these businesses turn into democracies: sink them, claim PR victory. 9. And then that one through the Constitutional methods: - Propose changes of Constitutional law through referendum. Do this craftily so the system slowly dances away and gains vulnerabilities the public is not aware off. Exploit these and go on, slowly eroding. - Attempt to stir chaos, cause King Rule 3 times, establish permanent king rule through the stability clause. - Propose a 'grandiose vision' which is all different, pass it through Constitution-changing Referendum. 10. Deny sovereignty. Attempt to organize world wide bodies of policy making, attempt to make everything global. Then erode away national sovereingty, and by that method you destroy the equilibrium of experience that exists between the independent DAVID 239 systems. You bond them together, then united they can fall, and they may blame the DAVID 239 system. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Conclusions: It seems that most of these attacks depend on turning the public against the system in some way, so that it can be changed. This of course bears one danger: the new system works worse then the DAVID 239 system. To diminish that threat you really have to try to cause a lot of long lasting chaos under a DAVID 239 system, so that even if your own model - which after all you want to exploit for power, causing suffering in the people - will still be thought of as better or that it's not worth to go back to the old system. It also seems that an attack will be quite difficult, and has a high propability of failure at whatever stage (even after you have destroyed a nation, that nation could rebound in DAVIDist style revolution.) One of the reasons for failure is that if many nations persue this model, they will learn from each others successes, mistakes and catastrophes. This more or less makes the system beyond failure (failure is modular). Attack 10. is therefore probably a needed strategy for any of the other strategies. You may slaughter one nation, but it may resurect itself quickly and the experience is counted against you (the attacker.) -- ,,,,,,, ,,, http://www.socialism.nl ___/_/////////_//////,. \\\\ \\\\\\\\\ \\\` The Good Feather ASCII Ribbon campaign for ```````` ` decent Usenet discourse & etiquette.
