[...] Maybe you like to learn about this system of Government & revolution: http://www.socialism.nl Since China is an opressive dictatorship you are probably looking at a protracted and often violent struggle, better start with it sooner then later. I estimate that the Chinese Government does not want to do that system, also because I contacted them without results, and later they said they where determined to keep China one empire (which is contrary to the system). Because of this danger for violence from the state, I think it is a good idea to play the waiting game. To not be violent yourselve, to not demand results even in a decade, or two decades, or three. Be nice, not be revengefull to the state, because if you scare them a lot because you ask for full justice of all their past crimes from the highest to the lowest person in the dictatorship, they may decide that their best future is to remain in control. This could mean you do the Mandela thing, or at least from a certain rank and below, or even all ranks. Of course it is all up to you. Perhaps the chinese establishment will at some point adopt some small point of the new system, under their control. Maybe slowly things could change a little bit by the time. Also remember that the real power is the mass of the people one way or the other. The ruling systems may oppose certain groups in society, but at the same time they are part of it, have friends and family on the other side, live in the same streets and cities as the others. Once you have a 70% majority things will probably start to bend toward a certain direction one way or the other (preferrably through reform). China is gigantic, twice the size of Europe (population). As such a slow change is probably the way to change it whether desired or not. It is too big to change it rather quickly (though in theory anything is possible). If the change is slow, then more emphasis is needed on what works long term, and that is being honorable, peaceful, true, etc etc. That reaches for honor and respect and public standing, and then ... (and then you could do the Mandela thing, for real, not as a fake tactic but real; and then forget about the past and live a bit better life hopefully).
