[...] How is this cooperative corporation structured ? The possibilities are endless, but say they are organized as 3 councils of between 33 and 34 members. Each council is comprised of 3 subcouncils, who pass each other proposals when they come up. Once one council agrees on something they approach both other councils at the same time. That other councils its elected chair-person decides whether it should go through the subcouncils or to an immediate large meeting & vote. If all councils are ready with the proposal and have formed their opinions, a yes/no referendum is issued with the largest majority opinions on it. For the day to day directing, if any, each council has elected someone from between them, but it is not the chair-person of these councils, but it can be the chair person of one of the subcouncils. This model keeps adding new members, if any, to the councils, who divide into 4 subcouncils once they reach 40, and 5 when they reach 50. When one council reaches 60 a 4th council is formed, and some members or subcouncils are added to it to even out all councils. This can go on indefinitely, until the company decides to restructure on the 1st and 2nd order council basis, in which case you get one central council of 50 persons (this uses the constitutional model www.socialism.nl, adapts it a little to deal with very small sizes; which can be done in all kinds of ways.) This does make the company a true democracy, imho. In the span of a day, in theory, anyone could be in any position in the decision making structure; the majority can do what it wants using the given systems. But it is also fine enough to allow individuals to effectively speak up and affect the direction, because you can have your say in a 10 person council to an effect. It can then snowball out. If you happen to convince other people in other councils one on one, they too can influence their subcouncils, who act like echo-chambers if they agree. When it is at the subcouncil level it starts to pass to other subcouncils as official proposals by another subcouncil, and will therefore be seriously considdered. Because that is the way thing go, from subcouncil to subcouncil.
