Subject: 'Obamacare' step by step into the fascist hell hole ?

If I'm reading the new Obamacare 'bill' right, which is reported
(Internet) to require/cause 'chipping' of people (implanting them
with an electrical device that can send out an identification number),
the 'bill' says litterally something like: a registry will be
established, that records the unique identification numbers of all
implantable devices, including such micro-chip serial numbers.

The section in question is easy found if you search for "implant" and
then scroll up a little to the first Section header number 2521.
'NATIONAL MEDICAL DEVICE REGISTRY.'

Note the word 'or' when it starts about 'a "class II" device.' Which
could suggest that the implanted device is neither life-supporting
or life-sustaining. This leaves room for a 'dead' marker implant, which
ultimately is more of a risk to health and has no benefits (such as a
pace maker, which is clearly medical in intend.)

Some sites say that this causes everyone on Obamacare to get a chip
implant; I have to say I don't yet read that ... /yet/. But that would
be perfectly consistent with how a fascist state is set up: one little
step at the time. How can anyone object to a registry of such implants
made by the Government ?! How can anyone object that these serial
numbers are recorded with patient records ?! (Note how this conveniently
brings in all already implanted people into a Government registry,
right? So these people don't need to be tagged anymore, they are already
tagged and their tag is known centrally.)

Another step taken; public perception again been verified, the anger
again dissipated.

Then - how convenient - when Obamacare starts they could cause it to
malfunction, they do a bad job and cause a lot of false claims. Oh oh,
we run out of money because people make false claims ... we must have a
better way of identifying someone ...

... once there they could step into any direction of further
identification, from finger-printing to chip implants (in other news:
India was reported to take all fingerprints of the billion or so people
who live there; has such a massive gathering of biometric identification
ever happened in all of history of the Earth ? ... in other news:
Holland now requires people who want a passport to give their
fingerprints (which I refuse, thus I'll shortly be without passport ...
how convenient [for the enemy] ... resisters get sidelined ... how
convenient).

Once they got the fingerprints, because ppl resist the chips ? Not a
problem, then the chips can be done later, right ? That's then simply
the next step. Everyone with a chip ... (etc etc).

Summary: they're building the bureuacratic infrastructure for a microchipped 
population, so that it's all ready to go for the next step ... More and
more steps ... and remember that they don't have to ever go to the point
where they force people to take chips. They can simply take away your
livelyhood, or levy crushing taxes on you (by way of 'not getting the
chip-benefits,' so that it seems you are the default while effectively
they single the non-chipped out.) This may be even a convenient way for
them to separate resisters from obedient slave folk. The slave folk will
then get dominated more & more, to be serfs, the resisters they will
attempt to corner and keep out of power - in the worst case they
organise mass killing. That too can be done through economics ... they
never really have to point the gun, although that might happen.
